Maharajganj, Correspondent. On Saturday, in Shankar Vatika Hall located on Farenda Road, the nutrition potli was distributed to TB patients jointly by Rotary Club and Red Cross Society. Rotary Club President Sidhe Thomas said that Roti Club does social work, in the same sequence, today, under the joint aegis of Red Cross Society and Rotary Club, nutrition potli was distributed to 42 TB patients. So that the patients can get rid of this disease. Roti Club Secretary Dr. Krishna Sahni said that it is easy to do such social work only when all the officials of Rotary Club give their full cooperation. Certainly, with such cooperation, any social organization can organize any social work in a very good manner. Red Cross Society President Saifullah Khan said that in the same sequence, the Poshan Potli program has been organized by Red Cross Society and Rotary Club as per the instructions received from the District Magistrate during the meeting held earlier at the DM office. Red Cross Society will continue to do such social work in future as well. Red Cross Society's Vice Chairman Raghavendra Pratap Singh aka Ankit Singh said that the social work that the Rotary Club is doing in the district is proving to be an example for the Rotary Club. Red Cross Society will also take part in social work in this club. In the same sequence, on the instructions of the District Magistrate, TB patients have been adopted by the Red Cross Society officials. From time to time, those patients are being provided care and support by giving them nutrition packets. Rotary Club's Doctor Zainulabdin said that Rotary Club and Red Cross Society are doing very new work; this is actually a social work and to do social work, apart from social organizations, every person needs to work actively in this field.
